Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience building complex and user-facing products.
• 1+ years of experience leading or managing engineering teams.
• Experience using AI to improve speed and quality in engineering workflows.
• Ability to evaluate AI-assisted work through testing and validation.
• Strong ownership and integrity; protect sensitive data and be accountable.
• Hands-on background in ads or high-scale domains.
• Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead an engineering team delivering mid-funnel ad products end to end.
• Drive AI initiatives across mid-funnel ad products to accelerate prototyping and iteration.
• Champion AI adoption in developer workflows to improve velocity.
• Use AI to synthesize inputs into clear insights informing roadmap and decisions.
• Define technical roadmap, architecture, and vision with cross-functional partners.
• Contribute code and lead implementation of key projects with high technical standards.
• Provide coaching and career development to engineers across levels.
