Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in technical leadership.
• Strong technical depth in modern stacks (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, cloud-native).
• Experience with integration patterns (APIs, event-driven architecture, ETL/ELT).

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of engineers, making architecture decisions.
• Oversee sprint planning, code reviews, and engineering culture.
• Drive cross-functional delivery for Product, Data & Systems, and Operations teams.
