Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/IT or related field.
- Experience leading enterprise web apps and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM tooling, including cost and privacy considerations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the engineering team with clear expectations and feedback.
- Own hiring and onboarding for open positions, ensure culture and impact.
- Collaborate with product on roadmap and sequencing, shaping build plans.
- Set AI strategy for the team with guardrails for privacy and security.
- Deliver quality solutions on time within Agile/Scrum practices.
- Oversee budgets, risk management, and vendor relationships.
