Job summary

You will manage a team of 3–4 engineers, ensure that what is shipped works for customers and operators, and champion AI-assisted development with tools like Claude and Copilot, while collaborating with product managers. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a front-line manager in a high-growth organization.
• 7+ years of experience as an individual contributor.
• Demonstrable front-end or full-stack experience.
• Track record of adopting AI-assisted development on your team.
• Experience with AI-powered features (LLM integrations, RAG, automation).
• Experience with monoliths and microservices architectures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and cross-functional alignment.
• Ownership of delivering high-quality solutions.
