Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant work experience.
Leadership of engineering teams and mentoring engineers.
Experience driving automation and AI initiatives within IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow a team of engineers including performance management and career development.
Guide architecture decisions across AI solutions and integrations; ensure reliability and security.
Define and drive a roadmap for agentic AI across platforms and use cases; pilot and scale implementations.
Collaborate with IT stakeholders and healthcare partners; communicate roadmap and status.
