Quantic ECI, a leading manufacturer of advanced magnetic components is seeking an Engineering Manager to design, develop, and validate custom magnetic devices—including transformers, inductors, planar magnetics, high‑voltage assemblies, and EMI filters—tailored to customer‑specific performance requirements. The role focuses on high‑frequency switching power magnetics across all major power conversion topologies. Our products support mission‑critical applications in Defense, Aerospace, Industrial, and Commercial markets. This is a hands‑on leadership role with clear visibility and influence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead design of transformers, inductors, planar magnetics, chokes, EMI filters, and high‑voltage magnetic assemblies
• Own designs from customer requirements through validation and production
• Interface directly with defense/aerospace customers and suppliers
• Develop and execute prototype testing and performance validation
• Apply SPICE, 3D CAD, and electromagnetic FEA tools
• Supervise engineers and contribute to technical direction and process improvement
