As a Engineering Manager, you will be a key leader reporting to the VP of Engineering. This role is instrumental in guiding an engineering team toward building and maintaining cutting‑edge software solutions that drive the success of our business processes. You will oversee home‑grown software development hosted in Azure as well as the integration of third‑party packages. Join us in shaping an agile, innovative organization from the ground up!
The base salary range for this position is $165,600 – $202,400 annually. This range reflects the anticipated compensation at the time of posting. Final compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, demonstrated skills, internal equity, and prevailing market conditions. Compensation discussions are encouraged throughout the hiring process.
