The role leads a high-performing team building AI-powered healthcare products, partnering with Product, Design, and Leadership, and driving architectural decisions. The position combines hands-on engineering with leadership and scale.

You will mentor engineers, help define best practices, and guide delivery across voice AI and healthcare workflows as the team grows from 40 to 75+ engineers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.

Responsibilities
