Reshop Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager to scale our post‑purchase platform. You will lead a distributed team that ships critical features across merchant and consumer experiences, ensuring rapid delivery with fintech-grade reliability.

You will own the talent lifecycle, recruit and develop engineers, and collaborate with product and design leaders to shape the roadmap and technical strategy. A strong coaching mindset and clear communication are essential.
