We are searching for a full-time, direct-hire Engineering Manager in Philipsburg, PA, to lead the engineering team and ensure all projects and budgets are kept on track through completion.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and direct all engineering staff.
2. Represent engineering as a member of the senior staff.
3. Prioritize all engineering projects.
4. Develop an implementation strategy for both long- and short-term projects to meet organizational goals.
5. Must have experience with Powdered Metal manufacturing for the automotive industry.
6. Be driven to succeed and mentor new engineers.
7. Maintain resilience in addressing issues during projects.
8. Be flexible and adaptable to organizational changes and project redirects.
9. Experience dealing with international counterparts.

Qualifications

1. Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
2. Proficiency with software including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), ERP, and internal systems.
3. Problem-solving skills dealing with practical variables and interpreting various instructions.
4. Engineering degree is a plus, but experience in Powder Metal automotive manufacturing is required.
