This role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management, and you’ll oversee planning, architecture, delivery, and career development for your team.Most Important Responsibilities:

• Hire, lead, and manage a technology/engineering team of 5+
• Own end-to-end software development lifecycle and deliver high-quality releases in Agile environment.
• Partner with product management to translate requirements into executable plans.
• Build, own, and operate reliable systems, services and user experiences.
• Establish and maintain technical specifications, coding standards, and best practices.
• Remove roadblocks and ensure consistent, predictable team delivery.
