Fora Travel is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and empower a cross‑functional sprint team within Fora’s engineering organization. Our team’s mission is to empower a new generation of travel entrepreneurs by building the products, systems, and workflows that attract, convert, and retain the advisors and travelers who rely on Fora every day.
We’re looking for someone who can lead a fast‑moving product surface – from core platform capabilities and AI‑assisted tooling to system foundations and performance – and translate ambitious product goals into a well‑executed, scalable solution.
You will partner closely with Product, Design, and Growth to deliver high‑impact product initiatives while maintaining a high standard of technical excellence. The ideal candidate is passionate about developing people, energized by platform performance and engineering systems at scale, and excited to shape the digital face of a company in hypergrowth.
Compensation range for this role can vary widely depending on experience, and for this role an indicative range is $210k–$235k + equity. Other benefits include:
This role is based in our beautiful New York City office (Tribeca/Fidi) with lots of natural light and great views.
Authorization to work in the United States is required for full‑time roles based in our New York City office. Fora is unable to sponsor or assist with U.S. work authorization. Roles based outside of the United States are not subject to this requirement.
