SUMMARY:
Pathstream is looking for an Engineering Manager with a couple of years of technical leadership or management experience to join and grow a high-performing team of individual contributors.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with between 5-7 years of software engineering experience looking to build on their leadership skills and make a direct impact. If you’ve previously held Director, Head, or VP-level roles, this position may not align with your current career goals.
You’ll be responsible for leading the development of internal tools that scale our business systems in areas like learning, training, and development management. These tools support operational efficiency, with features including scheduling, notifications, admin tools, contact management, self-service enrollment, assessments, and grading. This new team is critical in ensuring our platforms are scalable, reliable, and able to deliver exceptional user experiences while supporting our rapid growth.
This is a full-time, salaried position that reports to an engineering director.
