Job summary

Millennium Software and Staffing Inc. seeks an Engineering Manager/PM to lead a diverse team of embedded developers, robotics and electronics engineers in a long-term contract role based in Fort Worth, TX.

You will guide product/device development from concept to delivery, balancing hardware and software engineering priorities. The ideal candidate brings 5-10 years of cross-disciplinary leadership, strong Scrum practices, and hands-on experience with device development in a non-IT environment.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of related experience working with product/device development teams.
• Experience leading scrum teams with electrical, mechanical, embedded and software engineers.
• Experience managing a multi-disciplinary team of engineers across hardware and software domains.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of embedded developers, robotics engineers, electronics engineers and hardware engineers.
• Coordinate device design and hardware development with cross-functional teams.

We need engineering product managers/ engineering program managers who can manage and mentor team of embedded developer, robotics engineer, electronics engineers and hardware engineer.

This is a long term contract role in Fort Worth Texas.

Skills Need:

• Our client is looking for an Engineering Manager / Scrum Master / Product Manager who can handle and manage a team of mechanical, robotics and electronics engineers. This is not an IT role. Do not source IT Scrum Masters
• The right candidates will have experience on devices, device designing, hardware design, research and development on engineering machines/ devices etc
• 5-10 Years of related experience working with product/ device development teams
• Experience working with scrum teams with electrical, mechanical, embedded and software engineers
