The expected annual salary range for this role is $97000 - $143000 a year.

The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the Continuous Improvement Engineering (CIE) teams supporting the Low Voltage Motor Control Center (LVMCC) and Power Factor Capacitor (PFCA) product lines. This position oversees the engineering resources dedicated to these efforts and actively contributes to the execution of maintenance and design initiatives.
The main function of this role is to maintain the design standards and collaborate with the NPD team on the development of new designs. This position plays a key strategic role by collaborating directly with Manufacturing, Application Engineering, Quality, and New Product Development teams to provide technical guidance and resolve cross‑functional issues. The role is also responsible for overseeing and continuously improving the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process, ensuring full compliance with applicable ISO standards and requirements. This role also has the responsibility of overseeing the automation systems, and the continuous improvement of these systems.
