We are seeking an Engineering Manager with expertise in plastic injection molds/injection molding to lead our technical team in the development and optimization of tooling and processes, including automation solutions.
Formerly known as Met2Plastic, LLC, we are a premier custom injection molder and mold builder operating in the Chicago area since 1970. We are a division of France-based DEMGY Group, a $108mm organization with 10 sites located in France, Germany, Romania, and the U.S. We serve the Medical, Aerospace, and Industrial Equipment industries. Our facility has a team of 45 people, and we are growing. Our work environment is collaborative and friendly.

Strong and diverse technical background in injection mold tooling, processing, materials, manufacturing, and quality. B.S. degree in Engineering, Plastics Technology, or a combination of equivalent experience and certification training. At least 5 years of practical work experience in thermoplastic injection molding and/or injection mold building.
