Job Overview

Engineering Manager responsible for designing and producing top‑tier pressure vessels, electric boilers, and packaged water heaters for the commercial HVAC industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and production of pressure vessels, electric boilers, and packaged water heaters.
• Oversee innovative engineering projects, foster a collaborative environment, and ensure products meet the highest safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Collaborate across multiple departments, including sales, production, and quality assurance.
• Support technical field troubleshooting when needed.
• Commit to continuous professional development and adherence to safety standards.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of engineering experience in pressure vessel design, boiler manufacturing, or commercial HVAC equipment.
• 2+ years in an engineering leadership or project management role.
• Strong knowledge of ASME SectionVIII Division1, ASME SectionIV, and related codes.
• Experience with pressure vessel design software and thermal/structural analysis.
• Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
• Understanding of welding processes, material properties, and fabrication methods.
• Familiarity with UL listing requirements and commercial HVAC applications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with advanced pressure vessel design software and analysis tools.
• Familiarity with manufacturing process improvements and value engineering.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures related to welding and fabrication.
• Previous experience working with inspection bodies and compliance standards.
