Job description

ScaleSolutions Inc is scaling its technology platform across WY, and the Engineering Manager we hire becomes one of its load-bearing decisions. With $90,000 - $144,000 on the table, this manager role rewards 6 years of MongoDB with autonomy and team-driven growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Walk technology stakeholders through Linux tradeoffs in language ScaleSolutions Inc execs grasp
• Write clean, well-tested code that scales with ScaleSolutions Inc's growing user base
• Keep ScaleSolutions Inc's Cypress dependencies patched before the CVEs become incidents
• Chase down the Initiative integration that silently drops ScaleSolutions Inc events at midnight
• Hand off Google Cloud runbooks so the next on-call at ScaleSolutions Inc sleeps better
• Keep the Selenium build pipeline green so Casper deploys never wait on a red light
• Keep the technology Next.js service humming through Casper's holiday traffic surge

What You'll Bring

• Track record that proves you can ambitious ship under deadline pressure
• Reliable, accountable, and committed to following through
• Equal parts MongoDB depth and Node.js curiosity
• Hands-on experience with modern Node.js workflows and tooling
• Calm under the small-but-mighty chaos a manager role tends to generate

Everything ScaleSolutions Inc ships starts as a deeply technical argument in a Casper conference room about how Google Cloud should really work. Curiosity outranks credentials on this technology team, so bring questions, not just answers.

Expect $90,000 - $144,000 plus full medical, dental, and vision benefits, generous paid time off, and real mentorship from day one.
