Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an Engineering & Maintenance Manager in Jackson, Ohio to lead engineering and maintenance across a major food production facility.

You will drive equipment reliability, oversee CapEx projects, and work with senior leadership to deliver strategic improvements while expanding the site’s capabilities within a large, international food manufacturing group.

$145,000 - $155,000 + 10% Bonus + 401(k) + PTO + Relocation+ Full Benefits

Jackson, Ohio (Commutable from Chillicothe, Waverly, Portsmouth, Athens, Lancaster, Circleville, Logan, and surrounding areas)

Are you an experienced Maintenance or Engineering Manager with a strong background in manufacturing, looking to take ownership of engineering and maintenance operations across a large-scale food manufacturing facility?

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established food manufacturer operating one of its largest facilities, managing the whole engineering function across multiple production plants and a distribution center.

The organization is continuing to expand internationally, creating a strong platform for someone looking to take on a senior leadership role within a growing food manufacturing business.

You will be responsible for leading engineering projects and maintenance activities across the facility, working closely with production and senior leadership to maintain equipment reliability, while managing exciting CapEx projects.

This role would suit an Engineering Manager or Maintenance Manager with extensive manufacturing leadership experience looking for a high-level position with significant operational responsibility, strong benefits and the backing of a large international organization.

The Role:

• Lead engineering and maintenance operations across a large-scale food manufacturing facility
• Manage and develop maintenance teams while overseeing projects, electrical, mechanical and engineering activities across the site
