• Lead the engineering, maintenance, and facilities teams to support safe and efficient plant operations.
• Manage capital (CAPEX) projects from planning through implementation, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs, CMMS/work order systems, spare parts inventory, and equipment reliability initiatives.
• Develop engineering solutions to improve production, quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain and other departments on equipment installations and facility improvements.
• Manage department budgets, contractors, and third-party vendors.
• Lead equipment startups, commissioning, qualifications (IQ/OQ), troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Hire, coach, develop and evaluate engineering and maintenance team members.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
