About The Role

As a Chief Building Engineer, you will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on buildings, vehicles, equipment, and grounds, supporting engineering and technical services.

Responsibilities

• Follow all codes, regulations, and safety directives related to building operations.
• Lead operations, assign work, and train staff and subcontractors.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance to minimize business disruption.
• Inspect building systems like fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing to ensure proper operation.
• Oversee work quality and ensure client spaces are well-maintained.
• Respond to emergencies and seek assistance when needed.
• Develop and implement improved methods for department objectives.
