Responsibilities

• Teach core and elective courses in the Engineering Leadership Minor, emphasizing leadership, communication, ethics, innovation, and teamwork.
• Design and facilitate project-based and experience-rich learning environments that challenge students to think critically and develop their leadership voice.
• Collaborate with faculty and campus partners to evolve the curriculum in line with industry needs and emerging engineering challenges.
• Translate industry experience into actionable insights for students to foster technical competence and leadership confidence.
• Support assessment and program development to position the Engineering Leadership Minor as a national model.
