Integrated Industrial Technologies (I2T) is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead its multidisciplinary engineering organization and drive successful customer projects. This leader will coach engineers, shape future structure, and build capabilities for growth, balancing technical excellence with customer and business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Approximately 10 years of progressive experience in engineering, industrial automation, robotics, or related field.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and complex projects.
• Experience delivering customer-facing engineering projects from concept through commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team spanning robotics, controls and software, mechanical/electrical design, and machine vision.
• Improve project predictability, performance, and cross-functional execution.
• Coach, mentor, and develop engineers and technical leaders; recruit and provide growth plans.
• Define future structure, roles, and leadership model of the engineering organization.
• Ensure engineering work aligns with scope, quality, schedule, budget, safety, and customer impact.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing to align capabilities with market needs and support proposals.
