Job summary

Torc is seeking a senior quality management leader to drive end-to-end QMS for its autonomous driving product line. You will collaborate across development, V&V, and corporate teams to implement robust procedures and audits, ensuring delivery of high-quality hardware, software, and systems.

Responsibilities include leading a team, coordinating audits, and using data analytics to improve quality health. The role requires extensive experience in quality management and cross-functional leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related technical field.
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 26262, ISO 21448, ISO 21434.
• 10+ years experience in quality management of software/hardware/complex systems.
• Experience managing a team of direct reports.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage quality management for software, hardware and complex systems.
• Collaborate across teams to implement QMS procedures and audits.
• Sponsor and implement data analytics to monitor QMS health.
• Coordinate audits and report findings to leadership with follow-up actions.
• Support recruiting and people development within the team.
• Oversee onboarding, goal setting, and career development for staff.
• Ensure proper tracking of release artifacts and configuration items.
