Job summary

Stantec in Washington, DC seeks an Engineering Lead to oversee the Capital Improvements Program, managing a portfolio valued at about $2B across wastewater, stormwater and sanitary sewer facilities. You will guide engineering tasks, define scope, and ensure delivery quality throughout planning, design and construction.

You will lead a team, collaborate with the Owner, design engineers and regulators, and support commissioning and startup testing to meet schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of wastewater engineering principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders in development and delivery of the 10-year CIP.
• Provide engineering support during planning, design, construction and startup.
• Maintain program quality through technical reviews and coordination.
