Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing or product development.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical projects across cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• High initiative, curiosity, and desire to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: experience in connectors, cable assemblies, or interconnect systems.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Engineering Support: partner with Director on high-priority initiatives.
• Technical Project Leadership: manage cross-functional projects from concept to implementation.
• Engineering Operations: support resource planning, prioritization, and process improvements.
• Leadership Development: shadow leadership, build cross-disciplinary relationships.
• Continuous Improvement: champion Lean Engineering and standardize best practices.
