Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of job-related experience with 2+ years of managerial experience.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities; able to motivate and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing strategic initiatives for Engineering; ensure policies define responsibilities and decision-making.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs of resort towers to assess safety and operation of systems.
• Assign and verify maintenance tasks and renovations; ensure QA and safety standards.
• Lead and schedule maintenance team outputs; monitor guest requests and coordinate with departments.
• Manage inventory and purchasing; secure assets and compliance with procedures.
• Oversee HR activities with direct reports; coordinate onboarding and development plans.
