Job summary

Sherle Wagner International, based in Fall River, MA, seeks an Engineering Technical Lead (Plumbing & Hardware) to oversee the design, installation, and performance of luxury bathroom plumbing systems on high-end projects. This on-site role collaborates with design, production, and installation teams to maintain safety, quality, and code compliance.

You will review drawings, specify pipe requirements, and troubleshoot complex installations while supporting new product development and guiding

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and codes; field installation experience.
Experience with pipe materials, fittings, and assemblies; design integration with fixtures.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in plumbing/hardware systems.
Maintenance/procedure knowledge for building systems and mechanical components.
Excellent verbal and written communication for technical discussions with non-technical stakeholders.
Relevant education or certifications in plumbing or mechanical engineering; trade licenses are a plus.
Proficiency reading technical drawings; CAD software experience beneficial.
Comfort working on-site in a workshop and production environment.
Experience on luxury residential or hospitality projects is advantageous.
