Job summary

Elevance Health in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Engineer Lead to own full delivery of end-to-end system development and maintenance on medium enterprise-wide technology platforms. This hybrid role requires in-office presence 3 days per week at the Atlanta office to foster collaboration, while providing flexibility for productive remote work.

You will lead requirements gathering, design reviews, and coordination with Web and marketing teams to strengthen web product presence, drive performance

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field with at least 7 years experience.
• Experience with multi-platform and multi-dimensional applications; business and technical applications.
• Mentoring and troubleshooting capabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering meetings and reviews designs with the business.
• Lead efforts with Web and marketing teams to increase the presence of web products.
• Own change request process and coordinate with other teams as necessary.
• Develop and define application scope and objectives; supervise technical/functional specs.
• Perform design and code reviews; ensure unit and system testing per plan.
• Lead multiple or large projects and facilitate JAD sessions; oversee vendor evaluation.
