Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in energy efficiency, engineering consulting, or utility program implementation.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading or supervising engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of multifamily building systems and energy efficiency measures.
• Experience reviewing technical calculations and energy savings methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Engineering team, assign projects, and balance workload.
• Ensure engineering reviews are completed on established timelines and monitor queues.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, Project Managers, and contractors to obtain documentation.
• Develop and implement standardized engineering workflows and continuously improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with program requirements, standards, and utility guidelines.
• Prepare weekly engineering status reports and forecast resource needs.
