Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with Angular and front-end development (UI).
- Experience managing development teams as a Technology Manager or Engineering Manager.
- Strong background in enterprise Angular and Java-based applications.
- Ability to lead architecture discussions, design reviews, and tech strategy initiatives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, mentorship, and Agile delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and people leadership for an enterprise-scale digital applications team.
- Oversee engineering efforts and drive architectural decisions.
- Mentor developers and partner with business and technology stakeholders.
