Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior engineering leader to establish and guide our US engineering presence. You will shape technical direction, build a small US-based team, and collaborate with product, design, and leadership to translate company goals into execution plans.

As the US technical lead, you will bridge Europe, users, and engineers to deliver impactful features and scalable foundations for growth, while shipping user-facing applications that simplify complex infrastructure for developers.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management skills to lead high performing ICs.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience building production-grade software in TypeScript/JavaScript (React), Go, Python, or similar.
• Proven track record shipping impactful product features, preferably for developer-focused or infrastructure products.
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into intuitive user experiences.
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and a collaborative approach to product development.

• Continuously iterate on product design and implementation to drive adoption, performance, and reliability
