Neuralink is seeking an Engineering Lab Manager to empower our engineering and manufacturing teams in a fast-paced environment. You will design efficient lab spaces, drive operations, and enable innovation for groundbreaking medical devices.

The role requires hands-on lab leadership and strong collaboration across disciplines. You will manage prototyping, testing, and equipment, while maintaining safety and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with R&D lab equipment and engineering principles.
• Hands-on prototyping, testing, and lab operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design and optimization of spaces to meet evolving engineering and manufacturing needs.
• Continuously improve lab capabilities and operations by adopting new technologies and optimizing workflows.
• Maintain and manage inventory of lab equipment, tools, chemicals, and consumables.
• Implement maintenance strategies and ensure lab spaces are clean, safe, and compliant.
• Build prototypes, run tests and experiments, and provide hands-on technical support to engineers.
• Ensure spaces comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
