Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is offering an Engineering Intern program designed to provide hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical disciplines within our construction and engineering teams.

You will work closely with experienced engineers on assigned projects, gaining industry knowledge and career progression opportunities while contributing to real-world electrical construction tasks.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited institution pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in engineering.
• Relevant coursework or internships in construction or project management are advantageous.
• Travel between 5% and 100% depending on role and location.
• Work schedule from 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday–Friday with flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assists with detailed calculations to establish construction standards and specifications.
• Assists with studying electrical drawings and specifications to ensure installations meet standards.
• Assists with planning the layout of electrical construction projects.
• Participates in field surveys and studies diagrams to identify and correct power system problems.
• Operates computer-assisted engineering and design software for engineering tasks.
• Performs other related duties as required.

The Engineering Intern is responsible for working closely with the Engineering team on assigned projects so as to enhance the Intern's industry knowledge and career progression with the Company.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Enrolled in an accredited institution and actively working toward a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Design Engineering, Electrical Engineering TechnologyAutomation Engineering, Engineering Physics, Controls Engineering
• Experience: No previous work experience is required. However, relevant coursework, academic projects, or prior internships related to construction or project management will be advantageous.
• Travel: 5%-100% depending on role and location
• Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.

• Assist with preparing and studying technical drawings, as well as electrical specifications, to ensure that installations and designs conform to standards and customer requirements.
• Assists with planning the layout of electrical construction projects.
• Participates in field surveys and studies diagrams and other data to identify and correct power system problems.
• Operates computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
