Job summary

IERUS Technologies, Inc. is seeking year-round Engineering Interns for our Huntsville, Alabama location. Interns gain exposure to Radar Systems, Aerospace Systems, and Software Development while contributing to DoD programs and defense industry standards.

The internship focuses on lab prototyping, testing hardware and test software, documenting results, and learning the DoD contract lifecycle. Candidates must be enrolled in a relevant degree program and able to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
• Currently enrolled in college and pursuing a relevant Bachelor or Master degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform lab prototyping and testing with different hardware and test software.
• Document test results and ensure compliance with defense industry standards.
• Design fixtures and support various project engineering tasks throughout the DoD contract lifecycle.
