Job summary

The program runs from mid-May 2027 for about 12 weeks, giving hands-on experience in process improvement, capital projects, and reliability enhancements while collaborating with research, applications, technology and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program with a focus on Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Chemistry.
• Completion of Freshman year.
• Willingness and ability to be placed in either of the aforementioned internship opportunities.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing capital projects and process improvements.
• Support the Management of Change for process improvements and reliability initiatives.
• Collaborate with research, applications development, technology and engineering teams.
• Help to optimize production capacity, minimize waste, and ensure safe operations in compliance with regulations.
