Woodward invites students in Mechanical, Operations, Manufacturing, Industrial, Software, or Computer Science majors to apply for an internship. The program gives hands-on exposure to aerospace and energy projects and real-world business challenges, with mentors and cross‑functional collaboration.

Interns will gain experience on engineering analysis, data collection, testing, and project support, with the potential for full-time employment after the program.

Qualifications

• Must be a sophomore in an accredited college or university with acceptable GPA.

Responsibilities

• Support Aerospace Actuation Systems - Hydraulics Engineering team with new product introductions and sustaining products.
• Assist with data analysis, report writing, and investigations.
• Engineering project support, including sponsoring engineering changes and root-cause analysis.
• Assembly and test production support, data collection, troubleshooting, and corrective actions.
• Assist project engineers in research, development, design, fabrication, and test of electromechanical products.
