The Logistics & Storage (L&S) organization connects refining and marketing, and includes engineering, terminals, MPL, and marine operations.

Interns participate in the Marathon Project Management Process from Conceptual to Start-up/Close-out, rotating across components to gain exposure and diverse assignments.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Concurrent enrollment for the duration of the experience.
• Strong academic performance.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop future technical and leadership talent for MPC/MPLX.
• Rotate between L&S components to gain exposure to business segments.
• Assist with project scope, engineering oversight, and cost estimating.
• Support schedule development and document project activities.
