Job summary

HNTB is seeking an intern to support assigned engineering teams by performing basic tasks aligned with pre-professional coursework. You will assist with research, development and design activities, and help prepare engineering drawings and documents.

The role is on-site at various locations including Raleigh, NC, and requires a high school diploma or GED plus current enrollment in an engineering program. Strong MS Office skills and the ability to follow directions from peers and supervisors are

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED and current enrollment in an accredited engineering program.
• Completion of 2 years of post-secondary engineering study preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering teams with tasks and duties as assigned.
• Assist with research, development and design of projects.
• Assist with preparation of engineering drawings and documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
