Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Collect and analyze production and process data to identify trends and opportunities.
Conduct root cause analyses and support corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process efficiency and quality.
Participate in Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects; track KPIs.
