Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Willing to work in the Niskayuna, NY area in a lab and high-power test environment.
• Adherence to electrical safety and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support design, simulation, and validation of power conversion systems for AI datacenter power.
• Assist with HIL simulation testing and component-level testing.
• Collaborate with design, controls, and compliance engineers.
• Perform electrical component sizing calculations and system-level modeling.
• Review test data to identify performance trends and concerns.
• Assist in developing procedures for installation, commissioning, and O&M.
• Ensure procedures align with industry standards and company quality standards.
• Support tuning and validation of control algorithms.
• Share findings with the broader team.
