Formación

• 3rd year student in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering program.
• Internship eligible for the summer before final graduation date.
• Open to candidates legally authorized to work in the U.S., without visa sponsorship.
• Employment contingent upon successful drug & background screening.
• Internship location is Greenville, Mississippi.
• Candidates must have personal transportation to and from the work site during the internship.

Responsabilidades

• Assist cross-functional teams to drive line improvements.
• Analyze line and machine performance data to identify opportunities for efficiency.
• Plan the flow of work and materials to maximize productivity.
• Develop proposed equipment layouts and operational designs with cost awareness.
• Collect and report KPIs at multiple levels to propel performance improvements.
