Mars is offering an Engineering Internship to a 3rd year Industrial/Mechanical Engineering student for a 10-week summer program in Greenville, MS. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve line performance, collect KPI data, and develop layouts and workflows that drive cost efficiency and value creation.

Formación

• 3rd year student in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering program.
• Eligible to intern the summer prior to graduation date.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in collecting and analyzing line and machine performance data.
• Plan the flow of work or materials to maximize efficiency.
• Initiate line improvement and waste reduction initiatives.
• Develop proposed equipment layouts and operational designs impacting costs, with a vision toward long-term objectives.
• Collect and report KPIs at value stream, facility, and enterprise levels, guiding action plans.
