Job summary

Dover Food Retail's Engineering Internship in Conyers, GA offers hands-on project experience across development, controls, systems, testing, and operations. You will support Quality and Engineering management with research, modeling, design, and documentation within existing workflows.

Selected students will work on a technical project in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Quality Engineering disciplines, guided by mentors who provide coaching and feedback throughout the internship.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 4-year engineering degree program (GPA 3.0+ preferred).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Interest in development, controls, systems, testing, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Quality and Engineering management with research, modeling, design, and documentation.
• Contribute to engineering projects within existing workflows.
• Communicate findings and support cross-disciplinary teams.
