Job summary

Dover Food Retail is seeking an Engineering Intern to join our Conyers, GA team on a project-based internship in development, controls, systems, testing, or operations. You will assist Quality and Engineering management with research, modeling, design, and documentation using existing workflows while increasing complexity over time.

You will be guided by structured goals, with coaching from your mentor. The role offers hands-on exposure to mechanical, industrial, electrical, or quality

Qualifications

Enrollment in a 4-year engineering degree program with a 3.0 GPA minimum.
Rising Junior to Rising Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
Analytical and conceptual thinking with logical, creative problem solving.
Strong written and verbal communication and research abilities.

Responsibilities

Assist Quality and Engineering management with research, modeling, design, and documentation.
Work on technical projects under structured goals with coaching from a mentor.
Rotate through disciplines: Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Quality Engineering.
