Qualifications

• Must be able to interact effectively with all levels of personnel across the division.
• Ability to resolve conflicts promptly and effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication to develop work instructions and reports.
• Able to work in both office and manufacturing environments.
• Experience with AutoCAD and MS Word; knowledge of manufacturing information systems.
• Ability to manage tasks and time amidst meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop tooling and manufacturing concepts, time standards, drawings, planning docs, and process specs.
• Handle product/tool design, manufacturing processes, material behavior, documentation flow, and budgeting.
• Interpret customer requirements and specifications; support policy and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with customers and suppliers as needed.
• Perform in design, engineering analysis, and computer programming as required.
