Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics or STEM/business.
• GPA ≥ 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent.
• Fluent in oral and written English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day manufacturing operations, monitor equipment, oversee processes, meet production goals.
• Participate in quality control/assurance, inspect products, ensure standards and specs.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction.
• Collect/analyze data on processes, equipment, and product quality.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and boost productivity.
• Prepare reports, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Apply HS&E standards to ensure compliance throughout operations.
