Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Eliminate PDP backlog and ensure all production packages are current and accessible.
  • Create a standardized digital PDP system with a tracking log.
  • Develop a QR code and identification system.
  • Improve traceability and quick access to applicator information.
  • Link database to Excel or SharePoint, incorporating key parameters such as crimp height, lease date, and part number.
  • Prepare a fixture master list with part numbers and locations.
  • Improve the reliability and consistency of pin depth testing.
  • Assign unique part numbers to all fixtures and label them with QR codes.
  • Improve tool accessibility and reduce time wasted searching for tools.
  • Design and implement a labeled tool rack system.
  • Improve inspection efficiency, ergonomics, and standardization.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills

Microsoft Office
AutoCAD
SolidWorks (must have)
Ability to read and use metric measurements
Ability to read prints
Arithmetic skills for measurement

Education

Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Actively enrolled in an accredited Engineering degree program
