Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED; college junior/senior in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering or related program
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar tools
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to interact with partners
• Interpersonal and problem-solving skills; team-oriented and creative
• Strong analytical skills; ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering fundamentals to revamp and improve drawings, BOMs, and processes with engineer support
• Review production processes and BOM accuracy
• Assist with time studies on the production floor
• Recommend manufacturing improvements based on data collected
• Document and update drawings with engineers' support
• Present findings and status updates to leadership
• Provide comprehensive report outs on assignments and projects
• Willing to undergo a background check as required by law
