Job summary

Elbit Systems of America is offering an internship opportunity for Engineering students in Merrimack, New Hampshire. As an Engineering Intern, you will support various engineering tasks, including design, modeling, analysis, and testing activities, gaining hands-on experience.

This role is ideal for 3rd or 4th year college students interested in technical fields. Interns will work alongside experienced professionals and have opportunities to present their projects to the Executive Staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Current enrollment in a technical Bachelor's degree program.
• Completion of 2-3 years in Electrical Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in technical projects to develop personal and professional skills.
• Support day-to-day engineering operations.
• Conduct research and prepare reports based on findings.
• Collaborate with colleagues on project deliverables.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently

Technical writing and documentation skills

Foundational understanding of electrical, mechanical, optical, and/or software engineering principles

Flexibility to manage multiple priorities

Education

Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's degree program in a technical discipline

At least 2–3 years of coursework toward an Electrical Engineering degree preferred
